I found a way in

I

One of the best side-benefits of claiming an easily communicated impossible goal for me is the amount of connection it has created with new people. People are intrigued. People want to talk to me. People approach me. People want to help me.

The conversation that follows is easy, because I get to share my story of how and why I got here. It’s easy to tell, because it’s my story.

People want to share their own stories with me, their own connection to why it speaks to them. They want to connect me with other people in their lives.

To paraphrase a favorite quote of mine – the impossible goal isn’t the thing, it’s the thing that gets us to the thing.

For me, one of those greater things is connection with others. The magic of collaboration. Feeling fun and excitement. Of sharing passion. Of sharing my true gifts which is to inspire and ignite others. Of walking my talk about what an impossible goal can be. Humans can accomplish amazing things (the impossible!) when we work with one another.

Because the goal is impossible, I don’t need or have expectations of what will happen next. I can simply be part of something greater and see where it leads. It’s already created many cool opportunities and moments.

I write autobiographical books, and I know right now I’m living through a future book of mine. I can’t wait to see how it ends.

Next week is your opportunity to get in the room with me as I share everything I’ve learned so far about impossible goals so that you can unlock this door in your own life. I will share a framework that I’ve created that you can use to help create, guide, and test your impossible goals. I’ll also work with some people live on the call and help pull out their impossible goal right then and there. These types of things are “fun” for me, and I know when I’m having fun magic happens.

  • The world is said to be billions of years old, (give or take)? I imagine that it would be safe to say that; “anything is possible” RAO
