I created my own Business Incubator based on my experience that all businesses need time to be nurtured and supported, in a long-term form. Success is not a straight line, takes time and failure is part of that journey, not the opposite of it.
I asked myself, how might I be able to support someone on that journey in a powerful way?
I was inspired by tech startup culture of incubators, but wanted to offer something more directly connected to the types of businesses I have created. Specifically, entrepreneurs doing unconventional work. I do this because this is what I want to do and it gives me pleasure to know I’m helping out someone like an earlier version of myself.
Participation in the Incubator is by invitation only. I work with small co-horts because I want to be involved in their journey. I work with people who see value in having my support. I work with people who excite me. I work with people who show initiative and figure out on their own how to get invited.
