My friend Rita sent me a video on the topic of AI from this past week’s World Economic Forum, with a message “Chris, I never send you videos to watch, but you should watch this one.”
She was right, she doesn’t send me videos, so I took her note seriously and watched it. But before I shared my thoughts with her, I wanted to know why she wanted me to watch it.
“Everything they were talking about I’ve already seen you doing.”
I’ve been curious how much the AI can help me understand myself, and augment the work I’ve been doing for several years now, and use it in a way that keeps my interactions with other people “real” and authentic (as I’ve written about previously).
“I can see you easily on that stage in Davos speaking about your usage of AI. You’re that far ahead of the game”, Rita added.
From that thought I developed a brand new talk that I’m inviting the Frolic 100 to witness for the first time ever. I’ll be covering the topic, and more importantly, sharing the story of how I landed on it.
The details are below, as if presented in Davos:
A RAVE LEGEND’S GUIDE TO HOW TO BE MORE HUMAN IN AN AI WORLD
In a world drowning in AI-generated content, most people are stuck in copy-paste mode, creating an endless echo chamber of artificial wisdom. But what if there’s a deeper way to dance with digital intelligence?
Warning: Once you see how deep this rabbit hole goes, you can’t unsee it. For those ready to move beyond surface-level AI usage into something genuinely transformative, this talk will challenge everything you thought you knew about human-AI interaction – and more disturbingly, about yourself.
About the Speaker: Chris Frolic shouldn’t be here. A high school dropout who built raves instead of resumes and ran his multi-million dollar tech company under a fake name due to imposter syndrome. While AI experts debate algorithms, he’s spent 30 years experimenting with human consciousness – in ways that make institutions squirm. From pioneering mass connection at 1990s raves, to hypnotizing thousands on stages, to speaking the impossible at COP28, his work proves breakthroughs come from breaking rules.
